母乳餵哺一問

本人剛生完BB，現在奶量同奶質都唔錯，但我怕若持續餵人奶一年，奶量同奶質会變少及變差，有何方法可 keep 住奶質及奶量呢？是否有些食譜要 keep 住食呢？
多謝各位指教！

Hi Sandyhung,

Welcome to join us, the breastfeeding family !!

Milk amount & quality will be adjusted/changed along the growth of BB.
It is really a miracle, designed by God for the best & need of BB.
So don't worry, just keep on drinking fish soup, having normal diet, taking some supplements(if you want), relax & sleep during breastfeeding.

There are many busy mamas, including me(full-time work + breastfeeding) who also can maintain breastfeeding over 1 year, provided that you try your best.....
Good Luck & wish you BB enjoying mama milk as long as you can!!

我現在餵BB只飲人奶，冇補奶粉，我好驚BB唔夠飽，因為我BB唔多喊，成日訓，其實餵人奶一日要餵幾多次呢？每次要餵幾耐呢？

我以前大約兩個鐘頭餵一次食半個鐘頭，BB唔多喊就應該食得飽，我等佢瞓醒先比奶佢飲，佢有時一瞓就6、7個鐘架，但D姑娘又話要叫醒佢食奶，真係唔知邊個方法先好，不過我個仔到好肥肥白白。

When Hayes was new born, he also only 只飲人奶....I only breastfed him whenever he cried....feed him on his demand!

Your BB is so Good...唔多喊，成日訓!
You are so lucky!

其實餵人奶一日要餵幾多次呢？每次要餵幾耐呢？
----It depends. different from BBs. If your BB have 6 used diapers everyday, fine!

健康院d 姑娘就係話要叫醒佢食奶，但佢又訓到咁冧，都唔知點好。 :cry:

小Q頭個禮拜都唔多喊，成日瞓，我又無整醒佢食，原來佢係黃所以成日瞓。你BB幾大呢？如果已check過無事由佢瞓醒先食，瞓得好先會長肉嘛！若然我覺得都要整醒佢食。

我BB每日唔止6條片，差不多10條有多。
我見我BB唔喊，真係有d 想放棄餵人奶！:cry:
