Luncheon
Date: Monday, October 30, 2006
Time: 11:00am - 3:00pm
Expected Attendance: 30 persons
Set-up: Round table of 10-12 persons
Venue: Snow White (Level 1) - (maximum capacity of 70 persons)
Minimum Spending
HK$45,000 is applicable for reserving Snow White. Food, beverage, decoration, audio visual, merchandise and entertainment arrangements can be count towards this minimum.
Food
- Children Menu starts from HK$ 350 plus 10% service charge per person (min. req of 50 persons or above)
- Birthday Cake can be arranged from HK$ 180 plus 10% service charge per pound
Entertainment
- Generic Backdrop decoration will be arranged from HK$ 15,000 for photo opportunities (special design by our entertainment team will be at additional charge and subject to approval)
- Disney's character appearance with group photo opportunity:
* One character for meet-and-greet at HK$ 5,600net for 30-minutes appearance
* Two characters for meet-and-greet at HK$ 8,400net for 30-minutes appearance
- A Towel Animals session can be arranged at HK$ 2,000 for 30-minutes
- Ballroom Twister (simple tricks) can be arranged at HK$ 2,700 per hour
- A "Learn to draw Mickey" session can be arranged at HK$ 2,000 for 30-minutes
