Actually if you open a ATM card account, it does not require charges for every bank.... but would require charges in counter.

My friend tells me that Dah Shing does not require charge for open a normal bank account. You may go and ask~~~~

yes, 恆生唔使, $10都可以開a/c. 不過只可以有atm card同statement, 無紅簿仔.
