Swansea ah… I used to live around there… very Welsh! The living standard compare to other big city is relatively cheaper. As for education depends what u want public or private, but there’s always good school around.
It’s ok for me I don't have to learn welsh I enjoy living there, 'coz is quiet, friendly better then many big city
Private school they usually have boarding facilities kids from different backgrounds, oversea or parents in civil services or rich! As for public school they are usually local living.
