before we came back home from vacation dd was able to sleep by himself. all went back to ground zero when we got home. tonight I places him in bed and left the room, he cried for 3 min and it went silent. I thought he fell asleep so I went in to check on him 10 min after that, and found him sitting quietly on the pillow. he cried a little when he saw me but he is silent again. im so proud of him that he knows it's ok to be alone and to fall asleep on his own. he surprises me everyday. I'm so grateful that God gave me this beautiful child!
