Question to Mami who are using IP Cam

What you will do if you see the maid are reading story book or watching the child VCD while your child are playing in the sitting room?

If I tell her not to do so then she may aware the IP came always. If not tell her and I’m aware she may not care my daughter.

I hadl informed my maid I had installed an IP cam at sitting room when she signed the contract before, when I saw there have something wrong, I will phone her and tell her how to do and how to handle immediately.

In your case, I will ask her to play with the child not allow her to read and watch the child VCD, let her know her job duty is take care of the child, not hire her sit on the floor and do her own thing, eg : watching chile VCD and just let the child play with himself, the child is so poor
