請問我應該以什麼途徑可以幫我個女入藉?

我姐夫細個移民左去加拿大,但我家姐未入籍.
我想我個女入藉,係這邊讀書.
請問我應該以什麼途徑可以幫我個女入藉?
聽我姐夫講這邊找工唔容易,是嗎?
一般人來到做咩?

Your have to wait until your sister became citizen first. And your sister has to prove her income that can sponsor your daughter.

In fact, if you just want your daughter to study in Canada, you can just help her to apply for student visa and don't have to go throught the citizenship procedure

can the sister sponsor the niece to come over? I thought it should be directly related for sponsorship - eg. brother/sister, I don't think uncle & aunite could sponsor nephew and niece. but may be i am wrong..

fcatherinehk - you should have your sister to sponsor you + your family to apply for migration, but not to your daughter.

job searching? depends on what type of work you are looking for. once you have the work permit, should be easy to get a $8-10 job, but of course may not be the one you used to have back in HK lor.

我都有呢個問題而我請教移民律師, 正如你所講唔係直係家屬就唔可以以sponsor形式申請非直係親屬移民.

所以就算你家姐未入藉都與你無關, 因為你家姐只可以申請佢地既子女而非你或你既女. 如果想個女晌加拿大讀書你可以申請做visa student.

I meant $5-10/hr. not $8-10K.. it is the regular clerical work. mainly working for chinese boss..

if you could go to the agent, might be able to get $10-$13/hr. however, you will have to gone thru' all the test, typing, oral, written and reading lor.
