I have eaten normal as it needs to look after bb during mid- night (in the past) and then no appetitie to eat, so it loss weight quickly. And keep on play 呼拉圈 now.
Week 1 - 3, just eat less and avoid oil.
week 4 - 12, did not take rice & 殿粉質 (both lunch & dinner) , lunch usually took tuna fish sandwich with ice lemon tea, dinner took 2 to 3 egg white and vegetables (no oil and less salt) + one fruit, sometimes 2 pcs of meat.
week 13 thereafter, lunch have some rice but dinner until now, still don't eat rice.
Also, I have do some excises, 3 - 4 times a week, 行樓梯 for 20-30 mins....last for around 6 weeks only.
