I have just visited show flats of 尚翹峰 today! Though I do not expect high usable area for new properties, but really hard to believe there are such tiny flats.
The 2-room 6xx sq-feet flat -- you must adopt open kitchen style and studio flat design, if not, the living room and dining room which occupied just a total of (yes, the 2 parts = 100 sq ft!) some 100 sq feet can't accommodate even a small dining table and a small sofa. The 2 rooms--u better remove the wall in between to accommodate a small double bed and a wardrobe.
The 3 bedroom type (8xx sq ft)with a suite is also....amazingly tiny!!
Just go and take a look and try to experience! The agent on site told me that it will cost over HK$8000-10000 per sq feet!
Those claimed 6xx sq ft= actual usable area around 300 sq ft (not what they claimed 501 sq ft);
Those claimed 8XX sq ft= usable area around 480-520 sq ft.
:-( :-(
yeah yeah yeah! Agree! However, the market is just below the building. I think it's really stupid to pay for such a high price for this building lor :tongue:
