yes some small boutiques will charge.
Last time I bought a pair of Blue Blue korean jeans and they charge me $20.
i think $35 is too much!
what brand name of jeans did you buy?

well, last time I bought jeans from Baubaus, they charge me $30 for shortening in original way and free for ordinary way...
