1. If terminate the contract, the employer has to provide the air ticket (and connection expenses if no direct flight, say bus!) which open for 14 days valid and changable as the maid has the right to stay for another 14 days as visitor. But I will issue the ticket at the date it is terminated and if she has to stay, she has to contact the airline to change the flight if seat available, well, it is not my control la.
2. If the contact is not finished, even the maid find the new employer, she MUST return to her own place and apply again. So in any case, if the contact is being terminated, no matter what she doing (except illegally stay), she has to leave HK by 14 days.
