Visa 到期

剛同菲傭續約(今年7月)但出年七月visa才到期,
是否一定要出入境菲律賓? 經澳門可唔可以?

因我的菲傭在任內(上張contract)因家事返了菲律賓, 當時協議我買機票當提早放假. 現在剛續約, 但出年visa七月到期, 她說唔想晒錢再返菲律賓, 可唔可以經澳門出入境?

在澳門出入境可以嗎? 勞工處叫我打去入境處, 入境處打極都無人聽.

It is okay for not going back to Philippines. Yes, your maid can go to Macau & then enter again HK, the immigration will give her a chop till the end of the contract.

My maid just did this yesterday. Originally, she needs to go back on Dec. 1, 06 & it is only her half way of the contract. But she went to Macau on Oct. 29 & returned on Oct. 30. The immigration give her the visa for another year till the end of the contract (ie Dec. 07).

To Macau, they don't have to apply Visa. They just need to bring their passport. Alternatively, your maid can go to China & come back to extend the visa. But they need to apply China Visa.

Do we have to pay the ferry fee if she goes to Macau? And if she choose to go to China, who will pay the China visa fee? Thanks.

macau and china 都可以呀, 但有人話要足24 hrs, 但都有人講唔使囉,如你打去入境處,佢地都係簽要返回原居地先,如你不煩可以帶她過大陸,即日回港,睇o下,immg 給個印係咪多一年,我諗去macau 通常都會overnight,可能會好d, 去china要visa,除非你個bun有china visa,如果有可以返大陸即日來回,
