瑜珈地蓆, 邊隻好呀?

我想買一張黎做exercise, 但見到價錢好參差, 由50-200蚊都有, 又見一張NIKE既賣$180, 究竟應該點揀? 要注意d乜野?

Its material should be light in weight but not smooth on surface (so won't skippy). Air tanspired so the sweat won't stay inside it. Easy dry so you can wash it after use.

Nike is a little bit expensive but is the best.
