HELP! 4th day here, Yan Yan already got a mobile phone

my Yan Yan arrived last Friday, i gave her last Sunday off. Today(Monday) i found out she already got a mobile phone + number. She worked in HK 2 yrs before, so she knows how things are in HK, then went back to Indonesia. And she's got lots of friends in HK.
I work at home, and i heard something rang for a long time in silent mode (I knew it wasn't my phone). And YanYan didn't pick up the phone. So i went to her and asked "is your phone ringing?" She just smiled and took out the phone from under her pillow, and cut the call.

Should I be worried? What should I do? Should I talk to her? what should I tell her?

首先，工人星期五嚟，妳係唔需要俾佢即刻放星期日（才做了２日），應該係再７日後既星期日（做滿７日才有一日假期）．我以前第一次請工人都唔知，後來叫佢補返俾我．

而電話既問題，睇妳請佢既時候，有無同佢講話工作時間唔可以傾電話；如果有妳當然係要話佢；如果無，妳亦要俾佢知其實係唔鍾意佢工作時間傾電話．

好難控制!
最多是叫佢放假才開電話用, 不過, 我想她都會偷偷地打......電話

ha.
my bun is the first time to come to HK and first time as a domestic helper.
She didn't ask me in advance and on her first holiday, she told me that her friend may call her by mobile phone and bring her to go out. ( I ask her why she has friend here while she told me she doesn't know anyone in HK on phone interview, she said she know this friend in airport...

). Then, I knew she got a mobile phone...

should I ask her about her bill next month? whether she has paid or not. I worry she will have a big bill $$$$$ when she leaves.
Since I am at home, my maid doesn't talk on her mobile during work (I haven't said anything to her). I think she even turns it off, and turns it on when she goes out. It's only her 1st week here, maybe she will, change later after several months...

無錯, 妳而家唔企硬表明立場, 遲d佢會o係妳面前煲電話粥.

要響house rule寫明使用電話守則, 日間工作時間沒收佢電話, 晚上做好野/放假至俾番佢. 見一個收一個.

佢會試妳bottom line, 宜家唔出聲就聽俾佢"食"住.

工作時間唔可以講電話, 放假或晚上休息時間後就唔到你理~~~

我以前個yan都同佢咁講, 佢來了 2wk 出電話, 我收咗佢個 mobile, 每次 holiday 前比返佢開一日電話(唔影響照顧bb 下), 不過佢一樣啋我都痴線, 唔夠 2weeks 佢出多一部, 自己收埋在個 bra 內, 我個係 nb bb, 食佢唔少褔射

所以呢 d 咁既工人, 丙佢一刻就好似 sorry晒咁, 其實根本都唔驚你, 遲早又發現佢 d 其他衰野.... 結果都係炒佢收塲.....
