if have bb can eat vegetable ?

hi all

who know that if have baby can eat vegetable or not ? coz my husband heard that cant eat vegetable woo !

一定要食蔬菜, 不過不要選擇太寒涼的菜如白菜, 西洋菜, 介蘭等, 如驚蔬菜太寒涼, 可加入薑片, 豉召炒.

Yes, vegetables is very important esp during the pregnancy period, it helps to avoid constipation. It contains lots of vitamins which helps to develop the baby.
