有冇用緊kern高速煲嘅mama呀﹖大家入黎交流下......

想問下點用個煲黎煲魚湯可以又白又有魚味呢﹖

我通常先煲半個鍾然後等佢自己放壓 , 再用明火煲10MINs , 我覺得D湯會出味好多。

我都買左此煲呀, 不過我煲湯個陣, 就咁煲半個鍾然後等佢自己放壓就飲啦, 無左用明火煲, 我自己就覺得可以

我昨日用個煲先煎條魚，但係好'雌'所以冇煎透條魚就贊熱水，跟住加蓋煲到有聲較慢火再煲15min後放氣換玻璃蓋再煲5min，咁魚已經散開瓜又諗la，湯都有味但不及用鑊滾咁白同甜，係咪有咩地方出錯呢﹖

可能就係個煲唔夠紅啦﹗我係用牛鰍唔知係比較厚身，所以煎煎下見煲邊有d燶雖然未煎透都贊滾水lor﹗今日用百潔布省完個煲都花得幾犀利，係咪唔可以用百潔布呢﹖咁燶咗可以用mud省呀﹗

今晚滾咗節瓜牛肉湯同冬菇蒸雞，嘩啖湯好似ｄ老火湯咁正，湯連雞一齊滾咗３分鐘，不過ｄ雞就冇mud味又奚咗d，我諗下次蒸2分鐘應該啱啱好﹗

你有冇收細d個火呀 , 唔好太大呀 , 如果唔係個煲燶晒d野都未得呀 。我都有用百潔布加潔而亮省呀 , 不過真係好花 , 比起lagostina真係差好遠 , 真係一分錢一分貨 !

Lagostina我同鋼絲擦洗..唔花...但我又買左佢既專洗煲黑色鋼絲擦更加好用~~
Kern話哂made in China, quality唔要求得好好gar lar...
