請問有冇人住藍灣半島?

我打算搬到藍灣半島住, 會租3房2廳800幾呎單位, 請問睇樓時有什麼要注意? 例如:廚房, 廁所, 景觀, 層數高低, 嘈音問題, 等等.....

唔好意思咁多問題, 因為我從來都未住個嗰區.

which size are you choosing, i prefer the 820 rather than 870 coz the diamond hall and corridor takes so much place. how abt you?

藍灣820單位好似係長廳設計, 好難擺傢私喎! 我而家住係九龍某屋村都係鑽石廳, OK喎, 我幾鍾意.

我鍾意啲廚房大, 請問邊座邊個單位好啲?

hello zita mum,
i went to see blk 1 and 2 and another agent told me they have flats on unit 3 which is much better. my friend bought one on blk 7 and she told me her unit was facing chai wan 墳場 wor.
for 870 leh, do you think the first room can put in one single bed or not? coz the corner is cut by the 'diamond'.

i live there b4,if convenience,tower 8-9, school bus station tower3-5 , very wet, choose face south is better ar,

妳想租3房, budget要幾多$呢 ? 我上2星期睇中左間7百幾呎果D2房+雜物房, 向東南, 業主開13000, 我地還價11000, 業主OK BUT 最後係我地冇租, 因為都係想遲D先搬.

D 業主開價好進取, 小心

睇多D成交紀錄先去睇樓呀

may i have some more info from you please, coz i dont know anybody living there, my friend just bought one and then for rent out. do you think the 尺寸is not so 實用leh? i am worrying abt my many many stuff and also no place for my maid, need 朝行晚拆, no place for clothes...but my budget is within 15k, the agent told me that is most i can choose (870), above 900 is much more expensive coz have sea view, after i see one more time, if for sure i need to buy tailor made furniture leh, then i have to give u this choice lah. pls advise, many tks.

i just finished a lease contrat with my tenant of 682' at $10,500.
YOu are tenant so you are in strong position to ask lower price. This is my experience because i was the owner.

no lah, just try, even some ppl returned a much lower price if they are 公司客, paying rental through the company etc. good luck.

各位:

我租咗啦, 不過都嘰肉赤, 要$15,000個月, 我仲想租車位, 知道一定要同管理公司租, 因為佢哋唔賣嘅, 我想問吓, 浮動車位係唔係好唔方便呢? 因為個業主話, 租個固定位好啲, 但係固定位每個月多幾百蚊, 值唔值得呀?
