I fired my last Indonesia maid 6 months ago because she stole my necklace and smoked in my toilet. I called the Labour Department and Immigration Dept. They said I must give her the air ticket and the paid upto the date I fired her (but not necessary for the extra 1 month....this is not the law that says so), but she can sue you and when goes to the court, the Judge will decide if her acts was serious enough that not to give her extra month. Anyway I think she won't sue me + even though if she did, I won't mind going to the court and see what the judge would say.. the worst case is I would have to pay her extra 1 month.
