每次有2.5-3OZ....woh very good. My bb girl is 8 days old, I try to 泵奶 on one breast while BF her on the other breast (only 泵 at the first meal everyday). And I only got 0.5 OZ...... :-( :-( :-(
I hope I can get more milk later coz I don't think 泵 is good....coz need to do alot of cleaning afterward....
But my baby boy is a lot older than yours@@"he's going to be 2 mths old tomolo and I still have to feed him wif fomula milk since I do not have enough supply for him :-( :-( :-(
Everytime I pump the milk out, I only have 0.5-1oz. I've only tried to pump up to 2oz ONCE ONLY for so long><" I dunno what's wrong wif me-_-"
I also think cleaning bottles and pumps is quite annoying coz' i'm really too tooooooo lazy
if you planned to "Full Pump" , i think 2.5-3 hours once is OK.
But would you pump mid-night (12:00-3:00)?? this is good method for improve milk supply without direct BF.
Add Oil .
But from my experience, Full pump mama must be pay more hard for maintanence milk supply, also no sweet direct bf timing which i missed it very much, as i full pump nearly 18 months. :-( :-( :-(
you can try to mix "direct & pump", it will be better than now.
