僱俑公司戶收左$500deposit冇service可否要求退還按金呀?

我找了一間agent幫我找印傭, 開頭個月都幾積極呵,但冇一個付合我要求,跟住就冇contact 我啦, 噤d deposit 可否要求退還??

事隔都有5,6個月啦.

I believe u can get your money back! U accept to pay the deposit because they've agreed to find a suitable maid for u and to handle all related procedures WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME. If they fail to do so, it means that they cannot fulfill their promise, u can therefore get your money back!!!! Contact Consumer Council, I think they can help!! :-x
