Do you know under what circumstances, the employer is not required to pay payment in lieu of notice to the maid on termination of employment?
Whether the following reasons justified?
(1) Giving me a bottle of extremely hot milk for feeding baby.
(2) Using a dirty cup (with black dirt) to baby for drinking.
(3) Cannot count the time. Always don’t know what’s the time should feed baby and even cannot count what’s the time after 3 hours.
(4) Always do not know the time to bring my daughter for school bus. Neither too early or too late.
(5) Cannot communicate well in English and do not ask questions when she cannot understand.
(6) Not following instruction and cannot clean properly after baby passed stool.
you still need to pay her 1 month notice, if she stole your things, child abuse, something harm to your family, this can send her back without notice but is very difficult to prove
