1. Quite a few floors. At least 5.
2. No lifts. Cars go up by ramps.
3. It's not particularly hard to get in and out. I have seen much worse.
4. Normal parking ticket
5. Parking space is quite tight. But again, not the worst.
6. It should be okay for a rookie driver.
It is much worse than the new garages like Festival Walk and Langham Place. It's also worse than Middle Road and Miramar in TST. But it's better than E House in CWB.
