Both are my favorite. Ritz Carlton is modern, has bigger rooms, and absolutely "sexy" bathrooms. Fullerton has it's style. That layback colonial atmosphere reminds me of the good old days we once had. Get a room with balcony and spend a relaxing afternoon looking out to the Singapore River from your balcony with a glass of chilled rosé, you'll know what I mean.
