The people living above us have been playing the piano nosily starting from 10:30 to 11:00 p.m. I know that by law we can't complian unless it's beyond 11:00 pm However, our kids have to wake up early and have to sleep at around 10 pm So they are woken yp. The property company is hopeless and couldn't help.
Does anyone know whether the police will help?? Thanks
