Depends on whether you trust her. Mine is okay, I recently took a 2-week trip and she stayed home by herself.

負責任 d agent 會做埋社工/教導她們, 吉旺達 agent 係最好, 用過3 間agent, 發現此間最好

I plan to go on vacation for 17 days in Apr. I bought my maid ticket back to the philippines during that period. Ticket price costs me only $1,100, better than living in dorm.
As my maid only works here for 4 months, we agree on that she will use up her annual holidays and will take less Sunday off from now on to make up for the 17 days trip. The earlier you book the ticket, the cheaper it is. If I booked 2 days earlier, it will be $190 cheaper :-(
