I prefer to those with baby sitting experience. However, the maids may tell lies in their CV and it is better to select those with children. Further, you need to choose those with good speaking English. Otherwise, it will affect your kid when he / she grows up.
Further, you need to set up some house rules for the maid to follow e.g. short hair and no nail paint during work etc.
