it costs HKD1,070 incl:

(1) 2 x round trip Jetfoil Tickets: HK$560
(2) 1 x 1nite hotel incl. breakfast(Regency Macau Hotel): HK$510

though the hotel isn't a new one, it's convenient (located in Taipa, just opposite to the new hotel Crown's) and with the largest outdoor swimming pool.

it'll be even cheaper if you choose 新渡輪.

想問下咁hotrl唔算新，但會唔會好old/殘架 ?? 早餐又ok嗎 ? 因為今次諗住同老公2個人去下2人世界, 游下水, 食下野咁, Renency 聽落又好似唔錯 (最緊要平呀

新渡輪 - 之前有bk mami話坐到暈船浪.

我通常坐信德船務果隻, 好定...一家都無暈過船浪.

Personally, i think the hotel is good when talking about HKD510 per night (weekdays):

1. Hotel location is very good (we personally prefer Taipa, seems more quiet), you're almost there once arrived Taipa. Though schedule of their shuttle bus isn't that frequent, we tried to go there using Crown's hotel's shuttle bus (all hotel shuttle buses are free there) and you'll reach the Regency Hotel simply by crossing the road.

2. Outdoor swimming pool is big. I think the hotel is at the same time a Resort. So it's quite relaxing swimming there.

3. The occupants are usually families from HKG or business travellers from HKG or western countries.

4. Rooms of course cannot be compared to the new and Hi-tec hotels. But just for spending a short trip with your better half, it's okay (in our opinion).

5. There is improvement area for the Breakfast, the restuarant environment is okay but the varieties of the food aren't enough. At least, we don't have Chinese Dim-sum or Ommlet.

I heard that the Regency is previously Hyatt, so I think it may be a not-bad hotel before.

Trip to Macau

I want to go with my child as well, will the Regency Hotel be suitable? How much does it cost for 2 adults and 1 child at weekend (including hotel and travel)?
