I have read some medical research report about chocolate and 經痛 long long time ago (too long to remember). It said chocolate helps.
Here is my favourite recipe for special days:
- 3 full teaspoon of pure chocolate powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder 肉桂粉
- 1~2 teaspoon of dark suger 太古原黑糖
- 1 cup of hot water
All the ingredients are available in supermarket or bakery shops.
