我終於bingo喇...

我試左第7個月, 今日check到bingo喇, 好開心呀...

不過我好似未睇醫生始終個感覺我好似未confirm咁...
我諗我呢兩日都會去睇下醫生先,
呢個真係好好既christmas present...
祝大家姊妹未bingo既都快啲bingo...

但我用活色生香check到有一條深一條淺色線係咪都應該係bingo呢??
唔知點解而家呢一刻有啲半信半疑既感覺...

so happy you're online ar, you've tried to have bb for 7 months, right? do you mind to share your experience? what kinda thing I need to pay attendion? I just heard many bk sisters say that need to know 排egg日 and 計埋自己每一日既體溫, anything else?..have you seen ec for 調理身體? and were you worked so hard for dodo?..hahaha

so sorry for many questions...cuz really wanna get bingo asap....thanks

我當然好明白你既感受啦,
因為我都試過失望既感覺,
係呀, 我都試左7個月喇,
我都無check temp呀或者用d仔架,
我都係睇過西醫一次,
佢話我係多囊性卵巢,
好多時就算有m都唔代表有排卵,
所以我就選擇食排卵藥喇...
咁個醫生就會recommend幾時同先生行房個機會就會大啲囉, 我都係喺排卵期dodo左2日咋, 都唔係好勤力...
咁今個月我就check到有左喇...
我都無特別食啲咩架,
其實我覺得balance diet同食啲新鮮有益既野就得喇...
我都好希望你快啲bingo呀...

sounds you're so lucky though, well I don' treally wanna check temp ar or 用d仔架(in fact, I don't know what's d仔), just wanna know my 排egg期, and try to dodo at that time ar...cuz I don't wanna get many pressure law...if I do too many stuff at once, I'd be so 緊張 ar.

but now for our 飲食, I'm trying not to drink coffee, cold stuff, wine, and eat more vegetables ar..

Well, it's my first month to try to have bb, my last m was on Dec 3(my first day), and dodo on Dec 21 ar...so hope will have a good new law, if not, then have to learn more and work hard on next month ar..hahaa...

really happy that have you here to share your experience with me ar....

well, I didn't know I need to dodo on Dec 21 ar, but just

, so very 自然, didn't do anything at all ar..hehehe..so feel so free ar, well, if not bingo this month, then try working hard next month law..hehee..

so really wanna learn more now law
btw, your hubby knows that you bingo? how about your family ar?

係呀, 我只係食排我藥咋,
其實我係睇張國良醫生,
佢話得係多囊性卵巢囉,
佢話其實可以再試下先,
但如果好想都可以食排卵藥...

隨心應該會係最好既我自己覺得,

所以心情有啲半信半疑...

我老公同我婆婆重有一個best friend知道喇...
我老公佢都覺得好 surprise呀,
因為我早幾日同佢講話我覺得今次都係唔得,
因為我好有m feel,
不過點知原來中左... :mrgreen:

唔知喎, dr tay要等到幾時先有得睇呀??
佢就要排到大約3-4月到啦,
唔好 :-( :-( 啦, 放鬆啲啦試下,
我都知唔係一樣咁容易既事,
但試下啦, 咁緊張其實都無幫助,
唔好比咁大壓力自己同老公應該會好啲,
