我早兩個星期，去百老匯買了一部步步高DVD錄影機。第一次用預校來錄大長今，一切正常，畫質不差！

但第二日用預校幫仔仔錄多啦A夢時，錄錄

I bought one since last Dec, so far so good. You need to turn off the screen saver function.

Also, sometime you need to wait for 5-10 mins for the recorder to close a DVD-R.

I try to copy DV to DVD-R, if you just let it run and the DV tape already finsihed and if you not stop recording at the recorder within 5min, most likely your DVD-R cannot not be closed and you need to do it again.

BBK compare to other not well know brand, with the lower price i think still worth to go for it if you don't mind has such the problem as mine.

我部機去年九月買，已壞了兩次，兩次都是不能正常開機。第一次說是電源控制板壞，第二次說是解碼板壞，原本一年的保養，給我自動延長多三個月。我就不會再買牌子。

其實你地可以考慮下買 LG - RH4829W，我上年年中買用到而家Touchwood講句冇壞過，畫質又靚。我買個陣價錢係$4990，而家好似平左係$4550??，內置80Hrs錄影儲存，連碟都可以慳唔駛買。

Panasonic DVD recorder is excellent in terms of quality and function.

If you insist on quality, Pioneer or Panasonic should be the best. Philips is also good but the QC is bad, be careful.

Somebody in BK works for the agent of ACL and said it's no good. I went to ACL showroom and found the qualtiy is like VCD.

I did not own a DVD recorder myself as the TV reception at my home is very poor.
