I don't think you should depend on schools to discipline your daugther, because it is the parents' job. Your problem will not to solved by schooling, although it will help a bit.
Did you watch "School for parents" at 7pm on ATV1 on Sundays? Discipline should be enforced both at home and at school. Else, you will be called in for meetings every week.
