唔知你地對我仲有冇印象呢!上年7,8月到我係度留過言.話我個工人有左,我最後都都比佢返菲律賓生仔,轉眼間佢都走左差唔多4個月,我同屋企人都習慣冇工人的生活啦!不過佢又差唔多要返黎啦,我之前幫佢book左回程機票係2007年1月26日.大約仲有2week到.其實我駛唔駛send過message比佢同佢confirm一吓呢?佢走左咁耐都係send過3次message比我地同打過一次電話.第一次係話比我知返到屋企,第2次係我生左啦,第3次仲衰,問我借2個月量.因為佢話佢係開刀生所以要比好多醫療費用喎!我第1時間回覆佢,sorry my home also have 經濟問題can't help u anymore.之後x'mas 同new year佢都冇contact我地.我唸佢係嬲左我.不過唔緊要佢返黎都係仲有半年約.好快就唔駛見.不過我想問吓,如果佢唔準時返,我係咪可以fire佢呀?要點做呢?我知道佢一定會返黎HK,因為佢係我度做左10年,有長其服務金成幾萬蚊.不過佢可能會玩吓野唔話比你知幾時返又或者遲D返.我唔可以坐係度等佢,所以想大定比D意見我.
工人遲返﹐視乎遲幾耐﹐一兩日都算。如遲幾個星期﹐催極都唔見人﹐最好期間又打電話﹐又send message﹐又寄掛號信﹐講明俾多一兩日時間﹐deadline前唔返﹐會當工人未問準你私自放假﹐唔返黎履行職務=辭職計﹐你會claim她一個月代通知金。有晒證據你曾多次提醒同催促佢返黎都仲no show 或 遲返﹐唔驚佢玩野。要多謝佢俾個機會你claim佢一個月代通知金添。
