南灣/西灣個邊嘅環境好好。算係豪宅區。比起氹仔更加方便,買餸可以揀營地街士或下環街市﹐depends which is more near.D樓舊D﹐但就好大同四四正正lor. 如果你budget有返萬五都應該有好多options.

If you are not going to have a car at first, you can consider ocean garden, because every building all have free shuttle buses that go directly into 新馬路﹐which is very convenient for both you and your helper for 買餸. At the same time there are many rental vacancies. For example, for 10,000/month you can get a very nice 3 bedroom. And the buildings are relatively new.
if on the macau side, then you have to decide which area you want to live lor. i.e. close to work or more quiet....
海洋落氹仔無shuttle, 但有幾架巴士都可以搭 (個stop就喺條村裡面)。
