You can check the address & name of the employer from the contract (the green color one). You have a copy, the maid will have a copy. But that contract didn't mention any phone no.
In that way, you may need to write a letter to the previous employer to see if they will reply you. Because we are not sure the tel. no. given by the maid or agent is the true employer...
