Yes, if they finished the contract or fired by ex-employer. They need not to go back to Indo, they just go to China & wait for the new visa.
When I fired my ex-yan, I did not pay her money. I buy ticket & ask her to countersign. As list, she could not get advantage from me. I feel more comfortable than paying her money.
