咁書同d course material係唔係到時佢會比張list你自己買ar??
咁tutorial時係會用中文定英文ga?? 係一大班同學仔定係小組型式ar??
我而家都係要part-time讀書，4-5年都算ok，但又好怕未清楚就報左，到頭黎浪費左d錢~

I am also study in OU now, tutorial use Chinese/ English is depends on the subjects you choose.
But if no foreign students, the tutor will not mind to use Chinese (except language subject)

OU will provide the course materials to you, but the textbooks are not included, you need to buy youself.

I only take 2-3 subjects each year, so I may need around 6 years to finish my degree.

Since I have 2 children and also need to work, so OU really fit my daily life.

Format of the tutorials are differ from subject to subject. In general, tutor will ask the students to form into small discussion groups so that students can exchange their views amongst themselves.

In my early stage, I hate to participate into any of the discussion groups, I used to find it difficult to present my point of views in front of a stranger (my colleagues), so I would rather study by my own and skip the tutorial classes. However, I lately discover the advantages for being active in the group. In fact, during the discussion process, I can build up my confidence and better train my presentation skill.

Try to enroll only 1 course in your initial stage and see if you are feeling ok with this learning method, I hope you can enjoy your study life at OU.
