Top Maids agency

Please comment on how good / or how bad is this Top Maids agency at Wanchai? How's the quality of the maids? and how's the quality of the staff as well.

i've just hired a bun bun thru their Mongkok office(my friend highly recommended it), so far the service is good, but my bun bun would not arrive until at least 2 months later, so I can't comment much.

In past, I employed a housemaid from here. All housemaids are non-experienced and the staffs attidude are bad (eyes are on forehead) including the boss (Judy). They are mostly kept the good files to their best friends or relative's introduced.

After my housemaid was on duty, I found my housemaid was non-sense and so green with no domestic working sense. Then I informed the staffs in Top Maid, but it seemed they were not followed up my cases. So that I decided to dimiss her and asked agency help, but they were not show their attidude and take any actions. As a result, I did all the procedures
and I premise I never visit this Top Maid agency again! BAD, BAD, BAD

SO BAD, no training at all, even the references are fault. Judy will push you to hire immediately. I suggest you to search more agency.

Janet is a judy daughter and also nice. But nowadays, the quality of Flippno girl is not very well.
Because they feel their high education and cannot easy to live with them.
Sometimes, give them some Lobster and high amount of seafood. They don't say ,Thank you!and eat no manner , leave down many then throw away.

Bad coutesy and bad attitude. I found her loan much money in PrimeCredit company. So I'll follow this sitution.If the credit company phone to my flat , I'll tell the new employer address to them.

Finally, the Top Maid staff is OK! But the Flippno maid just depend on lucky!
(I don't like TW Branch the new staff any more!)

Before my maid, I thought no training. They don't no how to wash the kitchen.....any polish.....steel ...water tape.....
The Agency also push you to hire immediately.

Dear All,
This agency very bad of the following reason : -

1.Judy very 寸.
2.After I paid all the fee, first maid cannot come, they said 有左.第二個又話佢冇錢比agency fee,又冇來.最後當然是退$,但浪費了我四個月時間.
3. 後來有工人話比我知,Top maid agency free for the miad is cheapest than other agency but the maid need to pay cash after visa is OK. So, most of the maid 好難有揍$. other agency free is higher but they can pay after work in HK

個個agency 都話服務一流，女傭好叻 !! 等你全部信佐先，收到cash慢慢再同你計。正如香港政府一樣，等你地用慣佐d外傭，跟手提高外傭福利....哈哈你地班僱主無得轉太時，我話點就點 !! 請"家務通 " 好鬼貴我就比唔起 !! 只有任外傭工會殺價，任香港政府擺布！！　點解我地

今天是她ｌａｓｔ　ｄａｙ，只有一些ｈａｎｄ　ｃａｒｒｙ，要有心取平日她可寄走，今早她連手提行李在力生廣場寄走了，不知多瀟洒，橫看直看格不是好工人格，單是寄手提行李＄３５０－５００元，她都不節省金錢．
更不會幫僱主節省用品！
暫時未發現攞走貴重嘢！不過發現她借了３條數大約５萬元．
臨走時還ｓｏｒｒｙ我，因她都知道工作未能學好做好？而做了１８個月給我太多煩惱，我真是好笑好，叫她ｇｏｏｄ　ｌｕｃｋ　ｆｏｒ　ｆｕｔｕｒｅ！
