i also have the same problem and question
My bb now having s26+breastfeeding.My peadiatrician recommend 雀巢金裝能恩 saying it is good for reducing濕疹. He also heard of many people using Japanese milk powder. I have let my bb try Meji but not suitable for her. A lot of poo poo.Much more than normal.So I turn back to s26 but濕疹come back again when I try to cut down breastfeeding.
So now deciding to feed on雀巢金裝能恩 or 森永好呢??
is your son's 濕疹 very serious ?? if only little , no need to change la.. ever bb will have 濕疹 ga. i change 奶粉 since my son has very serious 濕疹.
i don't know if 森永好過日本雪印 or not. i think different BB have different reaction on 奶粉. my son DID not put on any 藥膏 , but only face cream bought in Watson's. (無藥性) . 森永不是低敏奶粉, & 雀巢金裝能恩 是低敏奶粉, but why i still chose 森永 is because i don't like 雀巢公司. i bought "森永" in 東西’s shop in Shun PO kwong (.http://####/) it is HKD203/can , and I bought 2 cans law.
actually, all Japanese 奶粉has 低敏奶粉line , but it is around hkd230/can.

it is very very sad that my son's 濕疹 turned to very worst again this week after having 3 weeks of normal 森永, so, if your BB has the same problem, i suggest you to listen to doctor instead to try somthing that we are not familar with. Now, i really don't know what to do. I cannot keep on changing "milk" for him. :-( :-( :-(
