new methods - no money pay for hospital fee - go to police station saying 逾期居留 (but remember timing should be good - just about to give birth). bb - hk citizen with no cost. stay in jail for 4 months is "sub sub shui", or even food and environment is better than at home tim.
That woman already got a 8 years old son in the Mainland. The only reason she wanted to have a second child in HK is to rob us of benefits that they do not deserve. Very sick people.
