I added rice and water into the thermo bottle and vac baked overnight. it did work. however, a very very tiny amt of rice was fully cooked. anyway, the method is great, coz it should save a lot fuel gas. tomorrow, I am trying to vac. bake the rice in the thermo bottle. then, pour out into the hot pot and boil 15 mins with the meat and vegetables, so that all the materials can be fully done
no restrictions! should work if the bottle functions well (can keep warm). better if you soak rice in water for some time before, and boil the congee for 30 min. afterwards
want to ask, if I want to give congee to bb at 10:30-11:00 a.m., should I put the rice/water in 保溫瓶 at the night before to 焗粥仔 overnight? wondering not enough time to prepare in the morning.
