They only need to mention "To: Accounts Department, XYZ company", just ok. I understand why your colleague disliked you to give her name to the supplier.
Maybe you think the name is quite minor thing, she should not blame you. But I want to tell you that you should ask for authorization from the right person when telling your company information to the third party. Otherwise, the next time to blame you will be your boss.
