My water broke at 35 weeks 6 days, and I had GBS infection, so have to have c-section right away. In fact, my last baby was born at 34 weeks, so I am always afraid that this one will be born early as well. Total bill is a bit more than $120,000. It is quite expensive, as they increase price a lot for emergency c-section. My baby has jaundice, and need incubator, we also have a very good paediatrian wich is quite expensive.
Our doctor is very very very good. I have no hesitation in saying that he is the best doctor I have ever met. I called him 5:45am when my water broke. He know my case is really urgent, and told me to go to the hospital with no delay. He went there in about 20 mins (hair still messy). You can tell that he didn't even comb his hair properly before he left his house. He checked into the delivery room with me, and supervised the nurses and push them to rush everyting. He really cares a whole lot about his patient.
His c-section is very very good. This is my third c-section, and the first two done by another doctor. This one is almost painless. I don't need the strong pain killer suppository after day 3.
