I also faced the same problem as you, but her hair was very long, near pat pat before start the contract with me, so, I asked her to cut it, her answered also "no, I wouldn't", at last, I told her that I concerned the cleaning difficulty and personal image of her, I also asked the agent to told her again with 印尼話
after she cut her hair near sholder, she cried to her house-mate, I can't understand why she concerned her hair like this until now.....
一開始選到工人就講明所有個人衛生要求(hair lengh, nail cutting, dress code....etc...), 佢唔agree可以say no to my offer & go for another employer....佢未番工就收到我的list了, 無得日後反口.... 當然要佢剪果時都會博濛扮傻, 但張list貼在門上...... , so far so work....
