my baby is v. impatient. my maid cannot learn how to maid feeds the baby, if the baby is v. hungry, he will drink 2 oz and then refuses to drink. The problem is the maid feeds v. inefficiently n the baby loses patience n became v. upset. If he is not so hungry, the situation is even worse. he will cry once the maid puts the bottle into his mouth n refuses to drink.
If my husband or I or my mum feeds him, he is more willing to eat and usually can finish his 5 oz.
We have tried to use the Pigeon bottle this morning. but as he was not used to that bottle, he became v. fraustrated n could not control his emotion. thus, finished only half the meal thought after 7.5 hours' sleep, he was v. hungry.
i don't know how to do. i ve to go back to work in May. The maid has spent so many times but still could not learn to use the bottle. should we change the maid?
any baby also has similar problem in using the Avent bottles? what's your solution to it?
My son Jayden, he's 5 month old now, from the beginning he use Avent bottle, every time he feed some milk come out from his month.. so I put a small cotton towel on the top of the bib, then after he get use to the bottle then he will be fine ga la..
I tried to used Pigeon bottle as well, but my son don't like it, cos Avent teat is "harder" then Pigeon teat, Pigeon teats is very soft
From my advise, use the Avent la, cos as long as he like the teat.
