如果，佢揾到第二個僱主請佢，同埋冇人請佢，又有冇分別呢？

If I am going to renew the contract with my filipino maid, should I share the air ticket cost with her or set an agreement that I pay the full fare first and she pay for the single ticket when she finish next contract? Is this the right way?
