My INDO maid worked for 4 months and tell us her mother was ill and send to hospital for treatment.
We gave her 8days no paid leave during CNY.
She came back on 18 Feb. Only on 22 Feb the clinic opened and she went to have a body check. On 23 we have the report and let her back home. She paid by herself.
You could ask the agency becasue they have the agreement with clinic and get a discount.
During the period waiting for body checkup, she stay in agency's boarding house.
