I have one Indo maid. She start working in April 06.
I just want to employ one more Plil local maid to help me taking care my 4 mths old baby. (I also have a 3-years old kid)
I tried to employ one more maid since Aug 06.
But in vain, bacause no one really willing work together with another maid.
Last Saturday, my existing Indo maid said she will resign before her visa expiry (she is also a local maid).
I asked her why.
She told me it's not the kids problem.
I know it's my problem as the kids will not ask her to do anythings. (and the workload increased much more than before)
I tried my best to ask her finish contract. (Before she told me she will get marriage in Oct. 08) I told her she should pay the agency fee again and she can't finish the contract again if she find another employer.
Yesterday she promised me to finish the contract but she did not like working with another maid together. Even the part time, she said half day is enough.
My honey say he prefer employ two new maid (hope local one).
I got headache, how should I do?
My Indo maid : not very good but not bad, she is honest and I trust her very much if she take care my kids. But sometimes she don't like playing with my 3 years old boy. She also can't wake up at night time to check my kids and baby.
When I go for work, sometimes I must do overtime work. My honey say how he can handle the situation at night time?
I feel very tired to find new maid again.
