breakfast: 9oz
morning snack: 1/2 pc bread, some fruit
lunch: milk mixed with cereal
3:00pm: 9oz milk
snack: fruit/ tofu/ vege/ cracker
dinner: congee
7:30pm before sleep: 5oz milk
i want her to drink more milk b/c milk have more vitamin than congee. so i keep her lunch with cereal+milk. i don't think i'll give her 3 times congee. may be add more bread or give her a sandwich for breakfast instead of congee.
also i'm afraid that she will get bored if eat 3 times congee a day. i will too. i like to give her a variety of food so that she try more things and will not be picky on food when she grew up.
