有薪年假問題

印印快完約，而這兩年她從未放過有薪年假，現在她想扣這些有薪年假而可以提早返鄉，那麼可以扣多少日呢？

Hi ,
I will finish my contact with my Bun Bun end March & visa of new maid is ready on March 06.

I plan to let my bun to take her 2 year annual leave so she can leave around mid March.

Should I just give her 14 days (from annual leave) or 14 (annual leave) + 2 days (leave for Sunday)?

My husband checked with the labour dept today. we have to pay 14 days + 2 days. Is it true??

Since the bun bun is going to finish the contract at mid Mar. Say you will let her go on Mar 15.
Then, you pay salary upto Mar 15 plus 14 days pay in lieu of holiday plus the single journey ticket(or money in lieu of ticket).

Remember every 6 work days have 1 rest day.

Sue，
做滿2 年享有有薪大假 14 日﹝當中並不包括每星期的休息日或期間的法定假期﹞。所以如果工人要求提早走，at least 可以提早 16 日走﹝已包 2 日休息日，當期間無法定假期計算﹞，但薪金要出到完約日期。記得要補機票﹝你可以自行格價，5 一定要幫襯 agent，因為 agent 多數都貴 d ﹞、饍食費用，當然要記得叫工人簽收啦。
