First of all, which hospital you wanna give birth? If you wanna give birth in North York General, you can try Dr. Man-Fan Ho, Dr. Dennis Chu, Dr. Jeremy Wong (his office is in Scarborough).
If you want to give birth in York Central, you can try Dr. Luk.
I don't think Scarborough Grace is newer. I have been there before and it is pretty old. As far as I know, North York General and York Central renovated their maternity ward this few years.
North York General has very good neonatal ward.
The only shortcoming for North York General is very crowded. The rooms are small.
Now we decide go to North York Central and Dr. Paul Shuen, but I don't kow whether he will accept new patient now or not. I just ask my family doctor refer me to there. Do you know in Toronto's health system, am I visiting 產科醫生 around 3 months? Cos my family doctor told me that we can't do anything for the first three months and also depends on which 產科醫生? Normal first apptointment will be around 3 months. Is that correct?
Dr. Paul Shuen delivered both my daughters and he was my ob. I like him a lot. He has lots of experience and I just like his confident attitude, though some people find him a bit cold.
